HOW IT WORKS?

The first thing to do is join PRO-EXPORT LOGISTICS, and once received your customer number may instruct your reliable supplier, send your merchandise located in our addresses in the United States.

DOOR-TO-DOOR

We deliver to any City in Venezuela directly or through national postal and transport.

DELIVERY TIME

Air shipments are delivered 5 business days after the shipping date. Maritime shipments are delayed for 3-4 weeks on average to reach the door of your home or office.

In some cases, there may be a few days delay in the delivery of your goods, but this is due to the process of nationalization and Customs in Venezuela, PRO-EXPORT LOGISTICS not have any control over these and are subject to the time taken by officials to release the goods.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

If there are no income products and / or restricted such as:

- Perishable food chilled.

- Printed material can be considered subversive.

- Weapons (both fire and white) and ammunition.

- Liquid explosives.

- Narcotics.

- Alive or dead animals.

- Cash, jewelry and precious metals undeclared.

PAYMENTS

You may pay in US dollars by bank transfer, check, cash, credit cards (VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVERY) or your CADIVI granted with any Visa or MasterCard quota.

LOST SHIPPING

In PRO-EXPORT LOGISTICS took a detailed log of process operations sending, receiving, consolidated, office, so rarely occur lost, we are not immune to this type of cases, however, so we offer the service to ensure all shipments made by you for the 7% of the invoice amount of the products of the purchase.
